BPC mechanical pre-insulated piercing connectors are designed for service and lighting cables.

Material:

● Connector is made from high strength aluminium alloy, high mechanical strength, stable performance.

● Insulating sheath is made from weather resistant and anti UV material.

Features:

● Special designed shear head bolt allows efficient installation under controlled shear-off torque, the constant piercing pressure ensures that the contact teeth properly penetrate the conductor, ensuring good electrical connection without damaging the mechanical strength of the conductor.

● Stripping of cable insulation is avoided by piercing connection, easy and safe installation.

● No loose parts could fall to ground during installation.

● Tested by dielectrical voltage of 6kV for 1 minute under water
